ETSU Football Head Coach Quarles names David Blackburn as Director of Football Operations

East Tennessee State University’s Head Football Coach, George Quarles announced on Monday the hire of David Blackburn as the new Director of Football Operations. Quarles says he has known Blackburn for many years, and is thrilled to welcome him to the ETSU Football staff.

David Blackburn has worked in the football business for more than twenty years, from recruiting at the University of Tennessee, to working athletic director positions at both Middle Tennessee State and Chattanooga. Blackburn will begin his position as ETSU’s Director of Football Operations in March. Read more here.
