Escape Route Issue At Sullivan Detention Center Corrected Following Last Week’s Getaway
As the investigation continues into the cause of death of two Sullivan County escapees found in Wilmington North Carolina, and the search for a third suspect continues, officials with the Sullivan County jail now say a problem with a vent system, that allowed the three to escape has been fixed. While not specific as to the exact problem, the sheriff’s office says the issue with the escape route out of the jail has been corrected. Murder suspect Tobias Carr, and Timothy Sarver were found dead following a robbery attempt earlier this week. Johnny Brown, the third suspect remains on the loose.
