Johnson City woman in jail after routine traffic stop leads to discovery of numerous substances
A Johnson City woman is behind bars after a routine traffic stop led police to the discovery of drug paraphernalia and numerous different substances. 40-year-old Melissa Moore was arrested after JCPD stopped her for a tag light violation.
Once stopped, police discovered Moore’s license was revoked, and she consented to a search of the car. Police found multiple pills of Suboxone and Gabapentin, one gram of marijuana, and 6 grams of meth. Melissa Moore was arrested and taken to the Washington County Detention Center on a $12,000 bond.
