UPDATE: Bristol Virginia Deputy charged with DUI over the weekend terminated

A deputy with the Bristol, Virginia Sheriff’s Office charged with DUI twice in as many weeks is now off the force.

Sheriff Tyrone Foster has confirmed the dismissal of Nathanial Call following the officer’s second DUI arrest in Washington County, Virginia on Interstate 81 on Saturday.

Call, 25, was on suspension from that office following his initial arrest. He refused a blood draw following his second run-in with the law.
