Weekend DUI Arrest Of BVSD Officer, His Second Offense
According to the Bristol, Virginia Sheriff’s Office, 25 year old Nathaniel Channing Call, the off duty sheriff’s deputy with the department who was arrested over the weekend for DUI, was on administrative leave for a prior DUI. Call, of Saltville, was pulled over around two A.M. Saturday by officers with the Washington County Virginia Sheriff’s Department for driving erractly on Interstate 81 north at exit 10. Call refused testing from a preliminary breath test and Alco-Sensor, and failed a field sobriety test that indicating Call was under the influence. Call is charged with DUI, and refusing to take a breath test.
