Bristol Virginia Ready to Move Forward With 27 Million Dollar School Construction Project
Bristol Virginia School officials got the go ahead for a a 27 million dollar school construction plan. Bristol Virginia City Council members voted four to one in favor of securing loans to build a new intermediate school next to Van Pelt Elementary. The 27 million dollars in loans will come through the Industrial Development Authority. The agency is slated to take up the matter Wednesday and if approved work on the new school could begin this summer.
