Lewis County Tennessee Schools to hold special meeting to discuss contract of Carter County’s McAbee

The Lewis County, Tennessee School Board has a special-called meeting scheduled for May 17 to discuss details of a contract drafted for incoming Director of Schools and current Carter County school leader Tracy McAbee.

According to published reports in the Lewis County Herald, McAbee was interviewed for the post on Apr. 29.

McAbee has confirmed his negotiations with the other board.
