UPDATE: Second teen charged in series of break-ins at Kingsport subdivision

A juvenile who admitted to a number of vehicle break-ins in a Kingsport subdivision did not act alone.

A police report says a second 14-year-old has been charged in connection to the crimes that took place in the Fair Acres community.

Both suspects told police the items were taken from vehicles left unlocked in driveways. The initial child arrested said he stole items from at least 20 automobiles.
