Warner Disappointed With Senate’s Failure To Pass Women Protective Health Act
Southwest Virginia’s United States Senator Mark Warner says he is deeply concerned by the United States Senate’s recent failure to codify Roe V Wade. Warner voted in support of the Women’s Health Protection Act. The senator went on to say a decision by the Supreme Court to overturn the law that has given women the right to make medical decisions about their reproductive health would have unprecedented effects on women’s health and would set the issue back 50 years.
