North Carolina Man Charged With Rape Of Child, By Washington County Sheriff’s Department

A Marion, North Carolina man is jailed this afternoon after an investigation by the Washington County Tennessee Sheriff’s Department, revealed he allegedly raped a juvenile. 55 year old Curtis Vance Sr, when confronted by investigators admitted to the allegations which were made by the juvenile when the child told her mother about the incident that took place last week. Vance is now charged with Rape of a Child. Vance waived his right to a preliminary hearing and if indicted will appear in Criminal Court on August 8.
