Virginia State Police investigating fatal crash in Buchanan County

One person is dead following a single-vehicle crash in Buchanan County on Monday, 6/13. A report from Virginia State Police says the crash happened around 5 PM Monday evening on Horn Mountain Road in Whitewood, where a Ford Ranger ran off the right side of the road, down an embankment, and overturned several times.

The report says an unidentified male, who was not wearing a seatbelt, was pronounced dead at the scene. This crash remains under investigation and no other details have yet been released.
