TDEC Issues Code Orange Air Quality Alert For Tri Cities Region

Ground level ozone concentrations in the region could approach or exceed unhealthy standards. And because of that the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation is issuing a Code Orange Health Advisory in the Tri Cities until midnight tonight. Active children, adults, and people with respiratory disease such as asthma, should limit prolonged outdoor exertion.
