Carter County posts alert about possible suspect photographing children

Details released by the Carter County Sheriff’s Office say they have received reports of an elderly white man who is taking photos or observing children in public while performing lewd acts.

The potential suspect is described as 55 to 60 in age between 6 and 6 foot 3 inches tall weighing around 200 pounds. He was last seen driving a late-model green Subaru Legacy sedan.

Anyone who spots the individual is urged to call local police.
