No Decision Yet On UVA Wise Tuition Rates

University of Virginia’s College at Wise has yet to release information concerning a decision to freeze and flatten tuition rates for the coming school year. Earlier this month, Virginia Governor Glenn Youngkin issued a request to Virginia’s Commonwealth Colleges and Universities to freeze and flatten tuition rates for in state students. Some of those colleges have made the choice to do so. However, as of Friday, UVA Wise hasn’t voiced its decision. A decision that the University of Virginia refused to put into place as it is calling for a four point seven percent hike for this year. A move that Youngkin says caused him to feel deeply disappointed.
