Jonesborough man charged with 17 counts of violating restraining order

A Jonesborough man was charged on Wednesday with seventeen counts of violating of an order of protection. According to the Washington County, Tennessee Sheriff’s Office, Troy Ellison, 24, was arrested after an investigation into phone records revealed he made numerous phone calls to the victim.

Ellison was arrested on a $17,000 bond and is being housed at the Washington County Detention Center.
