Consumers wager $295 million at Virginia’s online sportsbooks in June
More sportsbooks operating in the commonwealth resulted in more money in state coffers in Virginia according to monthly wager reports issued by the State Lottery Commission.
For the month of June, consumers wagered $295.2 million. That’s a 25 percent increase over last year’s numbers.
A total of 13 sportsbooks have collected $5.6 billion in wagers since January of 2021.
