Newly Appointed NESCC President, Dr. Jeff McCord Begins New Duties October First

Newly appointed Northeast State Community College President, Dr. Jeff McCord says the Tri Cities Region has so much potential and NESCC plays a vital role in developing that potential. McCord, who is currently the Tennessee Commissioner of Labor and Workforce Development will be coming home to Kingsport. McCord, was instrumental in the development and establishment of the Regional Center for Advanced Manufacturing at Kingsport’s Academic Village. Dr. McCord begins his new duties as President on October first.
