Megan Boswell’s Defense Attorney Wants Out
Earlier this month, Megan Boswell, accused of killing her 15 month old daughter Evelyn was denied a request for a new attorney. Now, Brad Sproles, Megan Boswell’s court appointed attorney wants out. Friday morning a hearing will be held to determine Sprole’s request. Sproles says the attorney client relationship has deteriorated to the point that he can’t effectively represent Boswell any further. Sprole’s motion goes on to say despite efforts to rehabilitate the situation, the relationship is not salvageable. Boswell’s trial is scheduled to begin in February, but could be delayed depending on the outcome of Friday’s hearing.
