Man Shoots At Victim’s Feet During Domestic Distrurbance

A man is arrested after he allegedly fires a gun at the feet of a victim that he knew. Police say James Martin pulled a gun from his pants and fired a round at the victim’s feet following a domestic disturbance. The victim was not injured during the event that occurred around midnight Saturday. Martin is charged with Aggravated Assault and is being held in the Washington County Tennessee Detention Center awaiting his arraignment.
