Man Arrested, In Possession Of Stolen Items Including Motor Vehicle

A man was arrested Saturday when he was found in possession of stolen items. The Washington County Tennessee Sheriff’s Department says 20 year old Brandon Ely is charged with burglary, theft of a motor vehicle and violation of probation. Ely was found by authorities in the 100 block of Mill Street in Telford. During a search, deputies found a vehicle title and registration to a car that was reported stolen on February 3 and recovered on Highway 11 E. Ely is scheduled for arraignment in Sessions Court.
