Bristol Tennessee Man Arrested On Murder Charges

A Bristol, Tennessee man is jailed and charged with murder and aggravated assault following an incident Saturday night that leaves one female dead and another seriously injured during an assault. Authorities arrived at a residence along Clark Drive in Bristol and the victim stated she had been assaulted by 28 year old Benjamin Oliver Sly of Clark Drive. The victim broke free from Sly and called authorities who arrived and found another female victim has also been assaulted. She was taken to a local hospital and later died from her injuries. The other assault victim was taken to the hospital for treatment of her injuries. Sly is being held on a one million dollar bond.
