‘Sunset at the Swinging Bridge’ scheduled for Saturday at Grandfather Mountain

Planners at neighboring Grandfather Mountain are expecting a sell-out crowd for a first-time event.

Sunset at the Swinging Bridge is scheduled for Saturday at the attraction in Linville, North Carolina. It’s an opportunity for picture shutterbugs to capture photos on top of the historic pinnacle.

Tickets are $40 for adults and they are capping the event at 150 guests. Warm hiking gear and footwear are required.
