Second Man Now Charged With Knoxville Murder Of Johnson City Man

Knoxville Police are now reporting a second man is charged with the first degree murder of a Johnson City man on February 14. 20 year old Na’Kelin McAfee is in custody after being arrested Sunday night. McAfee, joins 18 year old Iran Lysons, who was arrested and charged Saturday with the shooting death of 21 year old Rahelik Garcia of Johnson City. Police found Garcia suffering from a gunshot wound in a neighborhood near Badget Drive. Garcia was pronounced dead at the scene.
