Two men are charged with the death of a Sullivan County, Tennessee woman after TBI investigators determined they provided her with a fatal dose of fentanyl.
An agency report said Jason Tyler Easter, 36, and, Andrew Landon Jackson, 28, are charged with second-degree murder following indictments handed down from a grand jury.
The case is based on a death investigation from July where the body of Peggy Shelton was found at a home on Cave Hill Road in Blountville.
