UPDATE: Preacher sent to prison for life on child sex crime charges

A Baptist pastor called a child predator by Commonwealth’s Attorney Josh Cumbow has received four life sentences from a Washington County, Virginia judge.

Terry Frank Compton also received an additional 450 years in prison for numerous child sex crimes.

The prosecutor said several victims came forward. It was determined those children were abused over a 26-year period.
