Washington County, Virginia juvenile in jail on 21 charges including sex crimes
Numerous charges have been placed against a Washington County, Virginia juvenile who investigators said abused another juvenile victim over several months.
Sheriff Blake Andis’ report said the victim had been abducted, battered, threatened, and sexually assaulted during that time. He is also being investigated for other criminal offenses in Mendota and other portions of the county including stealing fire hydrants, vandalizing barns, and stealing road signs.
The juvenile is facing 21 charges including two felony sex crimes, vandalism, and grand larceny. He is being held in a juvenile detention center without bond.
