Police: Johnson City couple leaving known drug house stopped and charged

Illegal drugs, weapons, and drug paraphernalia were seized during an early Thursday morning arrest of a Johnson City couple.

Benjamin Reed, 51, and, Meghan Smallman, 23, were taken into custody after the pair were seen by Washington County officers leaving a known drug house in Telford and then saw a rifle lying out in the car.

Reed is facing two drug charges and possessing a weapon during a felony. Smallman was charged with simple possession.
