Kingsport man jailed on child porn charges

A Kingsport man faces child pornography charges after his interest in nude photos was traced back to the email and user name he used on the social media app Discord.

A report from Sullivan County Sheriff Jeff Cassidy’s office said Seth Bowser, 19, was charged with sexual exploitation of a minor and he has been arraigned in General Sessions Court with his bond set at $20,000.
