Man Hits Victim With Vehicle Following Fight

A Johnson City man is arrested after he allegedly hit another victim with his car following a fight. Police say Nicholas Estep attacked the victim after a disagreement in the residence at 1112 Kings Spring Road. The confrontation moved outside into the parking lot, where the victim was intentionally struck by Estep’s vehicle as he fled the scene. Estep later turned himself into officers. Estep is charged with Aggravated Assault and Vandalism.
