Megan Boswell, Charged With Killing Infant Daughter Evelyn, Set to Appear In Court Again
A Sullivan County mother charged with murdering her baby daughter is expected to be in court Friday. Megan Boswell will appear before Judge Jim Goodwin as she faces numerous charges in conjunction with two counts of felony murder in the death of her daughter, Evelyn Boswell. The child was last seen alive by family members in 2019. Boswell’s attorney Brad Sproles withdrew from the case and is now represented by Gene Scott. Evelyn’s body was found on a family member’s property in March of 2020 following an Amber Alert for Evelyn was issued.
