Man Walks Into Justice Center With Meth
A man attempting to enter the George Jaynes Justice Center with a half gram of methamphetamine in his pants pocket is now being held on drugs and evading arrest charges. 36 year old Brian Riggenbach of Kingsport walked through the metal detector when deputies noticed something in his pants pocket. Deputies asked Riggenbach to empty his pockets and observed the meth. When asked to put his hands behind his back, Riggenbach sprinted out the front door.
