Elizabethton Police Arrest Juvenile In Connection To Weekend Shooting That Leaves One Dead

A homicide is being investigated by Elizabethton Police that authorities say involved juveniles Friday night. According to Elizabethton Police, the shooting took place in the 13 hundred block of Broad Street around ten forty five Friday night. Deputies found an unresponsive teenage juvenile that had been shot. Efforts to revive the victim were unsuccessful. Authorities say a teenage juvenile has been arrested. The identities the victim or suspect have not been released. The TBI is assisting Elizabethton Police with the investigation.
