Sleeping Jonesborough couple jailed on drug charges

Two people found asleep inside a vehicle Sunday morning on Dry Creek Road were jailed on multiple drug violations by Washington County, Tennessee deputies.

41-year-old R.B. Carver, and 46-year-old Misti Runion, were charged after investigators found drug paraphernalia while searching the vehicle.

Runion is also facing a contraband charge after officers found her carrying two glass cylinders and meth residue.
