Lebanon woman appears in Charlottesville court after voluntary manslaughter charge
A Lebanon, Virginia woman has made her initial appearance in General District Court in Charlottesville following her arrest in connection with the death of her companion.
Tabitha Head is charged with voluntary manslaughter after police reported Brian Kiser was found with a wound to the torso while lying in a parking garage near the UVA Medical Center Thursday afternoon. Investigators said the two traveled to the hospital together that morning. Head’s next court date is scheduled for Oct. 12th.
