Elizabethton looking for artists

Elizabethton is looking for artists to help design a community mural. The project is partly funded by the Tennessee Arts Commission’s “Arts Build Communities” grant. The six panel mural will adorn the city’s surplus storage building, which once served as an ice production facility. To be considered for the project, you must submit your paperwork to the city of Elizabethton by October 18.
