UPDATE: One in custody, charged in shooting incident on New Hampshire Avenue

City police announced an arrest in a shooting investigation from last week in Bristol, Virginia, on New Hampshire Avenue.

U.S. Marshals took 30-year-old Jeshurun Tyrell of Bristol, Tennessee, into custody Tuesday at a home in Escambia, Florida.

Tyrell is awaiting extradition back to Virginia to be arraigned on four weapon charges, including reckless handling of a gun and shooting from a vehicle.
