Former Johnson County judged facing drug related charges

Former Johnson County Sessions Court Judge Perry Stout now faces numerous drug-related charges including allegations that he conspired with an active drug dealer and had a financial stake in drug purchases and sales. First Judicial District Attorney General Steve Finney said that after a lengthy investigation, Stout faces multiple drug related charges including money laundering, conspiracy to possess with intent to sell and maintaining a dwelling for sale and use of illegal narcotics. Stout’s wife, Pamela Stout , has also been charged. The affidavit filed in Johnson County General Sessions Court, describes a drug-dealing enterprise with another Mountain City man that allegedly began in 2022 and continued during the time that Stout was a sitting and duly elected General Sessions Judge in Johnson County, Tennessee for much of the relevant period. No court date has been listed.
