Police: Johnson City dad reportedly armed with gun while caring for child

A welfare check in Johnson City leads to child neglect charges.

Charles Jones, 34, was combative when officers took him into custody, earning him a charge of resisting arrest.

In their report, policemen said Jones was under the influence and was reportedly armed with a gun in the home located on Terrace Court.
