NC child sex crime fugitive arrested in Johnson City

A fugitive facing child sex crime charges in North Carolina was found in Johnson City. 50 year old Ryan Walton of Jacksonville, N.C., was taken into custody at a home on Camelot Circle in Johnson City. He was charged with being a fugitive from justice and transported to the Washington County Detention Center. Walton is charged with several child-related sex crimes in Onslow County, N.C., including taking indecent liberties with a juvenile and statutory rape. Walton is awaiting extradition at the WCDC.
