Kingsport Police respond to Thursday night shooting incident

Kingsport police are investigating a shooting on Dorothy Street on Thursday night. Police said no victims were located and whoever fired the shots had fled before police arrived. Detectives remained on the scene interviewing witnesses and looking for evidence. The investigation is ongoing.
