Two fatalities in crash involving an ambulance in Buchanan County

Two fatalities have been reported in a crash involving an ambulance in Buchanan County. An ambulance heading east on 460 was struck by a passenger vehicle going west when it crossed the center line. Virginia State Police said the driver and the passenger in the passenger vehicle died at the scene. The driver, passenger, and a patient in the ambulance were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. T he crash is remains under investigation.
