People Inc. to receive $3.4 Million grant

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services recently awarded People Inc. 3.4 million dollars for its Head Start Program. This grant will help Buchanan, Dickenson, Russell, and Washington Counties as well as the City of Bristol. The Head Start Program supports children up the three years old and prepares them for their future education.
