The man that left three people dead in the wake of a two-week crime spree including a man at a Greeneville laundromat has received two consecutive life sentences.
Stanley Mossburg was convicted in Polk County, Florida, for the 2019 deaths of Kenneth Bever and Marguerite Morey in Winter Haven.
The TBI said Mossburg killed Christopher ‘Scottie’ Shortt, a husband of two, at Celebrity Coin Laundry prior to the Florida standoff. Shortt’s father Mike died a day later after suffering a heart attack.
