ETSU’s Bill Gatton College of Pharmacy earns full accreditation
East Tennessee State University’s Bill Gatton College of Pharmacy has earned full accreditation by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education. Dr. Debbie Byrd, dean of ETSU Gatton College of Pharmacy and interim dean of the College of Nursing, said in a press release that the reaffirmation process happens every eight years. Funding from the State has allowed the college to improve pricing, curriculum, and faculty and that has led the college to the number 2 ranking in the nation for the first-time NAPLEX pass rate among accredited schools in 2024, and number six in the country for its Post Graduate Year 1 Match Rate.
