TDHS announces scheduled EBT outage this weekend in TN

There will be a temporary EBT outage from Saturday to Sunday, according to the Tennessee Department of Human Services. The department said the EBT outage will begin at 11 p.m. on Saturday and end at 1 p.m. Sunday. EBT cardholders cannot use their cards for food and cash purchases or cash withdrawals during this time. The department reminded cardholders to plan and shop accordingly. Tennessee’s EBT toll-free customer service helpline support will also be limited during the outage.
