Dobyns-Bennett High School Orchestra to perform with Knoxville Symphony Orchestra
More than 80 Dobyns-Bennett High School Orchestra students will perform alongside the Knoxville Symphony Orchestra at a concert on October 3. The public performance will take place at Toy F. Reid Eastman Auditorium on Wilcox Drive in Kingsport. All proceeds from the concert will benefit the high school’s orchestra program. The Knoxville Symphony Orchestra is said to be the oldest continuously performing orchestra in the Southeast and performs to more than 200,000 people each year.
