Megan Boswell moves to West TN State Penitentiary

The Tennessee Department of Correction says Megan Boswell, the Sullivan County mother convicted of killing her toddler Evelyn, has been transferred to the West Tennessee State Penitentiary. Boswell was moved from the Debra K. Johnson Rehabilitation Center in Nashville. The West Tennessee State Penitentiary is about 40 miles North of Memphis. A Sullivan County jury sentenced Boswell to life in prison with the possibility of parole after she was found guilty of all charges, including three murder charges.
