Shots fired call leads to parents arrest in Fall Branch
A report of shots fired in Fall Branch led investigators to find an 8-month-old baby in a bedroom containing methamphetamine. Court information says the child’s parents, Brandon Poulter and Sonia Francis, are facing a list of charges including child abuse, reckless endangerment and possession of meth. The report said Poulter aimed a shotgun near a window and fired a shot in the same room where the child was located. Poulter also admitted to using drugs that day. The couple was arraigned in Sessions Court and will have another hearing July 22.
