Drive by shooting: Two men charged in Johnson City incident

Two men are jailed and are charged in a Monday night drive-by shooting in Johnson City. 19-year-old Wesley Cade-Barber of Bristol, Tennessee and 21-year-old Bradley Necessary face six counts of aggravated assault after police said they fired shots into an occupied home in the 1300 block of East Fairview Avenue. They will be arraigned in Sessions Court in Jonesborough and have each been issued a $100,000 bond.
