East Tennessee’s Walter’s State Community College has been named as one of the top three community colleges in the Volunteer state. That news comes on the heels of a WalletHub Report that ranked Tennessee as the tenth best community college system in the country. The report took into consideration costs, education outcomes as well as career outcomes when developing the rankings. Washington State has the best community colleges in the country overall, while Pennsylvania has the worst system.
